The Sentinels of Azeroth operates through a structured leadership system designed to maintain stability, fairness, organization, and long-term growth within the Guild and Community. Each rank carries responsibilities that contribute to the Guild’s continued success and the strength of its members.
Leadership Philosophy
The Sentinels believes that strong leadership is built through trust, dedication, activity, and service to the community. Leadership positions are earned through consistent contribution, reliability, and a commitment to helping the Guild grow and thrive.
While the Guild Leader oversees the long-term direction of the Guild, leadership responsibilities are shared amongst the Council, Guardians, and veteran members who help maintain organization, stability, events, and member relations throughout the community.
Advancement & Structure
The Guild’s hierarchy is designed to encourage structure while still promoting community involvement and member growth. Advancement within the Guild is based on activity, trustworthiness, contribution, leadership qualities, and dedication to the Guild as a whole.
Every member, regardless of rank, plays an important role in strengthening the Sentinels and contributing to its continued legacy.
